Exchange/Return Policy
To exchange or return a product, please contact us via LINE Add LINE: @laneigethPlease specify the order number, details, and reasons for the product you wish to exchange or return.
Products to be returned must be in their original condition (the product must be sealed and not used) within 14 days after you receive the product. Please pack those products well and send them back to ensure that they arrive safely in normal condition.
The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to an error on the part of the company. If such errors occur, when we receive the returned goods from you, we will refund 50 baht to your account.
The company will accept returns of products that cause irritation or allergic reactions. If this issue occurs, please contact the company to investigate and ascertain the facts of the problem. Products that cause irritation or allergic reactions must have been used no more than 20% and a medical certificate from a hospital doctor is required. The company is willing to exchange the products or refund your money.
In the event that the company needs to refund you, the company will take 15-30 business days after considering the approval of the product refund request.
